Vegas Single Deck Blackjack sports bright, bold graphics and nicely crafted chip trays that surround the green virtual table. The top-down view lets you watch the action from above and gameplay buttons are at the bottom part of the screen. The buttons are clearly labeled but their volume might take you some time to memorize which is which.
As for its rules, the dealer always hits on Soft 17 while all hands can be split just once. Unlike cards with a value of ten can be split. Aces may also be split but each hand only gets one additional card. Regardless of its value, these hands will always stand.
If the additional card drawn has a value of ten, that hand is counted as a 21 and not a Blackjack. Double Downs are only allowed for hands with a value of nine, ten or eleven and cannot be done after a split. The Double Down option is worth the same as your original bet.
Also, the Insurance option may be triggered if the dealer has an Ace. Like the Double Down, this is worth the same as your original bet. If you win, Insurance pays out 2:1 but you lose the Insurance bet value if the Dealer does not have a Blackjack. Also, the Insurance does the second hands for Split and Double Down bets. Meanwhile, the Surrender option is not allowed in Vegas Single Deck Blackjack.

How Vegas Single Deck Blackjack Is Played
You must place a bet first before proceeding with the game. The minimum bet is $1.00 while the maximum is $200.00. You may place your bet by dragging the chips to the specified betting area and you may decrease the bet value by right-clicking on the chips.
After placing a bet, click on the Deal button and your initial two cards will be given. After which, you may choose among the hit, stand, double down and split options depending on your strategy.
Once you won the deal, you winnings will automatically be given. If you lost, your wager will be collected. After a hand, you can place the same bet value using the “Repeat” button then start another hand with the “Deal” button.
Vegas Single Deck Blackjack also has an Auto Play option that uses a Strategy Table that lets you pre-determine your decision on any possible hand. The Strategy Table can be edited to suit your playing style.
